How much of the artic ice has gone already and what will happen to the polar bears if it all goes?

I think over 10% of the ice has gone from the Arctic, and there have been studies saying that in 20 years all of the ice will be melted. If all the ice is melted i think most of the polar bears will die, and for the ones that don't die some rescue teams will go up there and save them then bring them back and keep them at "polar bear sanctuaries" where they will be preserved for years.
