On an average an electric vehicle runs 60 miles on a single charge, , but some EVs can go beyond 100 miles with lead/acid batteries. The latest production-line vehicles are now fitted with advanced batteries which can go for miles between 80 and 120.. However, statistic reveal that 90% of the EVs in the U.S. travel 30 miles or less in a day.
