Federal government can give concessions and discounts to the IT organizations which utilize green technologies and thereby promote Green IT. Federal government may also offer rebate programs or incentives for improving the energy efficiency of the concerned parties and to prevent wastage of resources and ensure proper disposal. Thus the federal government can play an important part in the furtherance of Green IT. |

We also need an economical program on recycling laptops, desktops, cell phones and all forms of technology equipment. |
